SCAM ALERT: Only 2 way stretch, and not probably above 2% spandex. Definitely not the real, buttery soft, stretchy, leggings fabric DBP, which is defined as 4 way stretch, 4% spandex. Seems like poly and it's brushed, so it is probably a very poor quality black brushed jersey or something. That is not the same as actual leggings fabric DBP and I'm super bummed, ngl. Plus shipping took 2 weeks. No fun. Seriously, If you're new at sewing please understand you will not be able to make leggings with this. You can't really make much of anything with this because it's kind of awful.
