2nd broken watch

My husbands 2nd watch broke and am still waiting on a return email. The glass has broke in he exact same spot. He wore the 2nd one two days before it cracked. He has not dropped it or hit it on anything.

I’ve ordered 3 watches so far and I got a replacement watch (3rd) because my boyfriends broke. They suggested a certain one for more sturdiness. They all are absolutely beautiful and my boyfriend absolutely loves his new one. Definitely recommend!!!
