The clasp broke on my solid gold rope bracelet so I contacted the gold gods and they told me to send photos. I emailed the photos and received the return information from them and sent it back to then and less than 2 weeks I received a new bracelet. I give the gold gods 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and a thumbs 👍 for there great service.
