It's nice it works excellent and it works for two and a half to 3 days straight like it said but I have to leave it in the freezer longer than 20 minutes for it to add the extra few hours to it of coldness

I pulled it out of the packaging, soaked it and started using it. It works very well in the West Texas heat.
