Great item, great customer service!!

I purchased my 1st polar post office and it arrived with a small break in the mailbox. I didn't return it as I figured I could fix it easier than returning it. I did let them know what had happened and about a week later another brand new polar post office arrived in my mailbox. I hadn't asked for another one or a refund they just took it upon themselves to send me a new one. What great customer service. I am impressed and will definitely buy any future cottages from Old World Christmas! By the way the ornament is beautiful.
