The ornaments are great, but I was very disappointed in the customer service. They didn’t ship my order for over a week and lied about it TWICE when I contacted them TWICE. As if I couldn’t see when the tracking started and where it was. Such a stupid thing to lie about. They could have just apologized for the mistake and offered to expedite the shipping.
