You know how it goes...after full carb teardown and rebuild, after the exercise of reassembling both carbs back on the Bonnie, after doing the cursory walk thru and torque check to make sure everything is sealed and tight, the last thing to do is tighten the cheap plastic Bowl Drain Plug at the bottom. One goes on perfectly and snugs right up, the last one, while being as tender as possible, SNAPS clean off in your pliers! Enter the Brass Plug. I bought 4, to replace the two on my Daytona as well, no sense waiting till they snap off. This should be right near the top of 'just replace it' parts, after points for electronic ignition.
