Leather oil washer for Vintage Fan

Had to slide leather washers (3/8”ID x 1”OD x 1/8”THK) and match trim the OD to fit the oil washer retainers… worked out beautifully (just can’t get those leather/fiber washers anywhere)… tried my hand a fabricating them. Would provide pictures of before (deteriorated washers & leather replacements - but seems no way to attach pics)
