Great scale

Great for larger batches and weighing light finer ingredients. Accurate on flour,water and starter. As well as cinnamon powder, small salt amounts.

Very noce having two scales in one! The smaller scale is perfect for yeast and salt measurements and the larger one can handle quite a bit of weight!

I use mine daily, it doesn’t sit level like I wish it would. I wish that the main scale would also show tenth’s of a gram, but overall performance has been good, it really bothers me that the scale doesn’t sit flat on the counter top.
