Great scale, except

The scale is nice and accurate. Our only complaint is that the screen shuts off too soon. We would really like having the option to set the timing when the scale turns off.

I had purchased one of these about 3 years ago, and it worked great until it started turning itself off right in the middle of a recipe which really made it difficult when you use the TARE function in between ingredients. I contacted Ooni and brought this to their attention. Within a couple of weeks they sent me a brand new one which is doing find

Broke within a month or two

Scale broke within a month or two of receiving it. The warranty page doesn’t actually lead anywhere, so you can’t submit a claim, and there’s no phone number to call. So I’ve had a broken scale for about a year, intermittently checking to see if the warranty page has been fixed, which it hasn’t.
