The recent order of chocolates - both the small packs and the boxes- mailed to me in COOL WEATHER, came with the white coating on ALL of the candies - indicating that they had been sitting in your warehouse in the heat. These are probably ok to eat, but definitely NOT OK to give as gifts, as they look so very unappealing. This is over $30 of chocolates! Very disappointed. Your response time to customer reach out is indicative of people who don't really value the customer.
