Overall, it's a very good knife better than average. However, it is not a seven inch knife,it's more like six point four. The handle he is very comfortable in the hand. I changed blade angle profile from 30° to 15°. Very good steel. It does not take much to Polish the burrs off of it. Stay sharp for a long time. You can slice through a tomato almost by the weight of the knife alone. I am very satisfied with this product and will recommend it to others.
