Invincibelle Wee White® Hydrangea

Plant arrived somewhat wilted a week ago and has only gotten worse. Customer service with this vendor is abysmal. The owner keeps insisting that it’s wilted from a lack of water, even tho I’ve told him multiple times that it’s been checked daily and watered each day with a drip irrigation system. The plant has not been dry since it arrived at my home. He tried to say it was getting too much sun even tho it’s under a shady arbor. He tried to tell me it won’t grow in a pot even tho it’s a dwarf variety that’s perfect for pots. He tried to say my soil was bad. None of that is true. I’m an experienced gardener and i know how to take care of new plants. I would not recommend this company. The plants are large, but they’re quite expensive and they don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless you’ve purchased their “insurance”. They don’t stand behind their products and customer service is rude and condescending. Not a good way to do business and i surely won’t deal with them in the future.
