I ordered 3 different pet blankets for christmas this year. All were speechless when they opened their gifts. The end result looked just like the photos I had submitted. I will definitely shop again with you. Thank you for making christmas special this year.

I ordered two dog blankets. I was only able to upload a photo for one of them but both turned out perfect and arrived just in time for Christmas. I definitely would come back and purchase again for my pet cat. The one thing that needs a bit of improvement is the communication process. If there was some sort of live chat process (or improved live chat) vs emails that would be more efficient in quickly addressing concerns. The questions that I asked during the purchase and design process were addressed by email within 2 business days and although addressed relatively quickly a live chat could be more efficient.
