In Shape Mummy Health Shake for Breastfeeding Mums / 20 Serves

I loved in shape mummy and used to for 2 years straight. I was able to lose all the weight I gained while pregnant by using In Shape Mummy. I love the taste. I’ve tried many shakes over the years and nothing compares to this one. The only reason I cancelled my subscription is because my husband and I are separating and I can no longer afford it :(

Breastfeeding shakes

I started In Shape Mummy breatfeeding shakes recently and they are delicious! Best tasting shake ever, I have all three flavours. They are super easy on the go and keep me full for awhile especially if I add some fruit or nuts. I've had fun experimenting different add ins to mix it up and help curb sugar cravings! I am slowly losing weight when I balance the shakes with a healthy diet. I do have a good milk supply - I can't be certain whether the shakes contributed but they may have.
