Poor quality print

The print quality was really really poor while the image was clear and good. When we went to the transfer to the cake it broke into little pieces. Please update quality of paper used. We have bought from other sources and not had this issue. L

Great product!

I have purchased from you several times and have been pleased. The only problem I had was when I did a download and the colors were not as vivid as I had hoped (my fault); also, a word of caution - never put the design on a cheesecake, the design runs rather quickly due to the moisture (live and learn!!) My grandchildren love them. I would definitely purchase from you again and overall, I am very happy with the product!!
