Got the stick packs as I need them to be handy to travel around with me. Disappointed as the time came damaged and did email asking for the tin to be replaced but haven’t heard back 😞 However the actual product is very good, tastes good in my yoghurt inthe morning and seem to be helping with some inflammation I am experiencing in my back currently. Am think of getting the refills , but am waiting to here re my damaged tin. Would definitely recommend the products 👍

I've been adding a sachet to my bottle of water since the start of the month. I don't sleep well and was feeling tired and lethargic, but since using the Sachets, although my sleep is still poor, I'm feeling much less tired during the day. I've also not been "dropping off " for a snooze in the middle of the day, which is a relief. I also like the taste much more than I thought I would!!
