Superb Customer Service

We purchased a Defender Pro from Elevate in the Fall of 2021. My son uses the 11th man defender to practice his split and roll shots and learning how to shoot around defenders. The product has given him a realistic opponent when practicing by himself and has improved his game. The main reason for this review, however, is for the great customer support and service. When we reached out to Elevate about a small manufacturing defect that we found in the product a few months after we received it, Elevate responded professionally and honored the one year manufacturing warranty by sending a replacement 11th man defender within days of my first email. You can’t ask for better customer service than that!

Great company and great people to deal with. They kept me informed about a delay and kept me up to date on when it would be shipped. Terrific company to do business with.

Took a while to arrive...but worth the wait! Love how realistic it is in size. Great to use for dodging and shooting drills!
