I love my split saddle seat. Took a little time to get the right seat height and angle, but now it’s so comfortable. Since I have it in my sling room, I got the sliders rather than the wheels so thread and fabric lint wouldn’t get caught in the wheels.

We had a little confusion with my order but EVERYTHING was immediately made right. Customer service was amazing, they even helped me with how to put together my chair and followed up with a telephone call. The chair itself is very sturdy, comfortable and very adjustable. My only return was the height cylinder. I am 5'7 and thought that would be the best, but to comfortably work at a desk you will need the smaller size. I couldn't be more satisfied with this item.

It’s very good — could use a couple of tweaks

First, it’s a great chair. It’s well-made and works as expected. Two things: 1) the foot ring won’t tighten completely. When you put your feet on it it wiggles back and forth like it’s loose but it’s not — it’s as tight as you can get it. 2) the lowest position is still pretty tall. I’m 6’2” with a 35” inseam and my legs aren’t horizon even in the lowest setting. (I got the “tall” cylinder based on the sizing guidance of > 5’11”. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to me. The chair is probably overpriced a bit but it is a good chair and I would buy it again. I hope this is helpful.
