this is great...i dont really feel anything with the high rhode. i wouldnt consider it a good alternative to alcohol. u guy should change it to make it better, more uplifting or something

I love Dream light. I have had a subscription for years. I put 3 oz in warm oat milk before bed. It tastes a little like chai. It definitely works and I start feeling warm and sleepy in about 45-60 min. A comforting pre-bed ritual!
