Paid extra for shipping. It arrived two days after my WINE tasting event

I paid extra for shipping AND wrote in the comments when I made my order that I needed the napkins by Friday October 18th for a wine tasting event. The napkins arrived the following Monday. When I went to track it, it said tracking not available. I thought I had been scammed. BAD experience.
