I was replacing a cup I got probably 10 years ago. Though I love the pattern, the two replacement cups were not nearly as clear and vibrant as the one that I got in a gift shop years ago.

This is a beautiful mug. I have ordered fro your company for a few years and have always loved the products. One of the muge I ordered this year arrived broken though and I am still waiting for a response on how to get it replaced.
