I really appreciate how quickly they respond to emails. I had an issue they fixed it in less than an hour and I received my order a few days after. This box was neatly pack I received all I ordered. There was a paper listing all items I had ordered and on that paper they wrote that they didn’t have the small lasco vanillas I had ordered and I ordered like 4 small ones and they substituted it with like 1 large sized 1 which I appreciate but I wish they had reach out to me first to see if I would be okay with that before deciding for me because I probably would’ve then paid for 1 or 2 extra since I use those a lot for my son so yeah otherwise great experience no other complains will be ordering again in the near future.
