I bought these shoes from a 3rd party which I will never do again. My son wears a 12 but the shoes were too big. The 3rd party does not offer a return label and perhaps this is why Amazon is the go to place to buy. When calling about this I was put on hold for over 9 min. I bought a 2nd pair from the actual store and was charged $5.00 more. Will never buy from Tip Top shoes again probably because the staff on the phone were so rude. I should have gone straight to the Sperry site which I will do in the future.
