Everything that I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and expected. The only issue was the delay in shipping, which was due to COVID and the box getting caught up at the post office.

Wonderful Customer Service
They had wonderful customer service! We ran into issues with the post office losing things and they made it right asap. They did everything in their power to remedy the situation and get me what I ordered even though it wasn’t their fault. I’ll be ordering all of our beads from them again.
