These trainers are great. As for comfort I can compare them to running shoes.. They don’t look as your typical steel toe shoes. Highly recommend.

Great Steel Toe Sneakers💪They are Super Light and very comfortable and they look great as well! I would recommend them to anyone needing steel toe shoes as these are like wearing running shoes or gym shoes not Big Bulky Heavy Steel toes back in the day, you could get leg day in just wearing those old school steel toed boots! Not these they are lighter than my Nike or Adidas Tennis shoes but have the steel toes, you forget your wearing steel toed shoes! I also bought the gel inserts which you may need to trim down but they have a guide line on them for shoe size! I also purchased the socks and they are very nice and comfortable! So the steel toe sneakers, gel inserts and socks are what I would recommend if your on your feet all day and want or need the safety of steel toes! These are a must have!
