Great prices but shipping costs seem a bit high

Love the website - so easy to navigate and the videos were helpful. Just wish that it hardware could be thrown in an envelope and shipped at a more affordable rate.

Works great, but….

You must use the correct drill bit depending on the wood you’re using. I tested my 3/8 bit in a scrap 2x4 and the driver sent the insert home beautifully. Then I tried same size hole in scrap 8/4 white oak and it got about halfway and stripped the insert as the hole was too tight! I had to order a slightly larger bit and a 25/64 bit worked perfectly to allow the driver to send home the insert. So order a couple extra inserts and TEST out the fit on scrap first.
