Bali Blue Moon (wet hulled) RFA

This is a unique coffee with a wonderful flavor. It is one of my top favorites from Blessed Bean.

Great coffee

After a couple years I became disappointed with the subscription service that I was using to get wet hulled processed coffee from and decided to give Blessed Bean a try the quality and taste of the coffee seems better than what I was getting so BB will be my new coffee supplier until further notice

Uh, will yummy suffice?

More spice/smoke than I expected. Great balance on herbal/citrus/earthy/round notes…if that makes sense. All were notes were present in the taste, but none of them were overwhelmingly prominent…balanced. Not so smooth, though as to lure you into dullsville, medium aggressiveness, probably to do more with the roasting than the actual bean, but what do I know. Drink it, you’ll like it.
