14K Gold Script Name Plate Necklace | Style #5

Great jewelry store and even better customer service + prices

Purchased one of the 14k gold nameplate necklaces for my wife for Christmas. Not only did it come in on time (helps I chose overnight for $50 of course), but she absolutely loved it. What impressed me even more than the jewelry and the prices (they aren't a middle man jeweler, so prices are lower and we all save money), was the customer service. I was admittedly anxious over if it would come in on time for the holidays, and checked back in multiple times. When I did, they were always so nice and reassuring. I'm from much further south than NYC in Houston, TX, but these people have my vote for a jewelry store outside of Houston that I'll go back to again and again. Thanks for making the holidays special for us, Frost NYC. They even capitalized the 3rd letter in my wifes name (JoAnna) as requested. The only thing I would say they could do better, is other websites had a sort of "preview" of what the typed name would look like in jewelry form. Frost NYC did not. Not sure why as a lot of other sites have it. Allows you to really see the product before ordering, so I took it on a little bit of faith. Worked out though!
