HiK9 Bed with Mulberry Canvas Cover

It took 3 attempts for my order to be delivered as their preferred delivery partner DX, can't either find my address, or can't be bothered to deliver! Once I did receive the order, I believed the wrong sized canvas cover had been sent, as it didn't seem to fit well, and there were no instructions enclosed to show me how to make the camp bed up, so I did it the best I could! I emailed the company to let them know I thought they'd sent me the wrong size, and I had a telephone back from quite a rude and patrionising lady telling me I'd made the bed up wrong! I did tell her 3 times I hadn't got any instructions but she was quite dismissive of that and just kept telling me I'd made it up all wrong. Oh, silly me! She said she'd email me the instructions, which she did! Just that - with no message, no hello, no sorry these were missing from your package. Just the pdf of the instructions. I haven't re made the camp bed yet, and can't comment on the quality of it.

Took a couple days for the dog to figure out it's a bed, but nothing above the usual "new thing" exploration. Some treats, eventually a 'down' on it, and he was napping on it a day or two later. Hasn't tried eating it yet either, which is why he got a HiK9 to replace a traditional bed. Dog is 40 kg and large, so far no problems with structural integrity, seems to be holding his weight without any signs of bowing or creaking. Bonus points for the cat enjoying it too, the dog's stretched it slightly into a hammock by now, so fun for everyone.

Maggie loves her new grownup bed. Looks good and trendy, and it’s obviously very comfortable. Cool in this hot weather too. Easy to wash as well.
