A pleasant surprise

I haven’t used the hair yet, as I just bought it ahead of time to do passion twists in the following weeks. However, I did open the package to make sure that the texture and color of the hair was right. I’ve done this style before, just not with this hair, so I already knew what K was looking for. The texture is spot on and definitely as described. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of 5 is bc the IB/30 looks more like a 30/27, as u will see in the pics. However, I actually kinda like it and think it will go great with the look I have in mind.

Color is not the same in person

I ordered color 27 ( honey blonde) when I received my package the hair is more like an ashy gold brown no where near my hair color. The merchant should take pics of the real product because the colors that are shown are not the colors you receive. I'll probably give the hair to my niece because I can't use it. I will give them kudos for fast shipping.
