Orange Pumpkin Shrimp

So, I had two shrimp orders, one from this company 👎, and the second order was from another company👌 Iwill not mention it here. The other company delivered first with fedex. These shrimp were fat, deep colored Just absolutely vibrant and healthy! The second shipment was delivered by this company by UPS. Huge difference in health. They were puny, tiny, even sick looking. A couple were already dead, but they did add 3 extras, I believe. The colored was pale and not healthy or vibrant. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Got these as well as several other varieties, almost every bag came w an extra shrimp and no shrimp were DOA :D I did also get 3 pompom crabs, and one of those was DOA, but it was super easy to take a few pictures, submit a report, and I got a full refund within a few days for that DOA. On previous orders, it's very rare but whenever I do have a DOA it's super easy and fast to get a refund for that. As long as you drip acclimate everyone properly I've had no issues w losses after shipping arrival, everyone is always healthy and happy.
