Beautiful urn, great service.

Awesome service. Rep was able to draw several templates and make small edits like I requested. The urn is beautiful and heavy and the engraving is just like I wanted. The silver part of the urn has a really nice looking hammered texture. The black part is actually more like dark gray. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible mildew smell

The second urn that I received was perfect in appearance. However, the mildew smell is still present. It wasn’t quite as bad as the previous package, but PLEASE get this problem resolved for others. I’m guessing wherever you are storing the keepsake boxes and cardboard boxes is somewhere where there is an overpowering mildew smell!! I have had to wrap the urn in fabric softener dryer sheet and that isn’t enough.

Absolutely beautiful, easy to use. Small which is what I wanted, one would never know it’s an urn the way it looks amongst displays.
