I started using Amoretti in my home brewing many years ago, and now use it in our commercial products. I love the consistency/repeatability, dispersion is great, and flavor amazing. We use Passion Orange Guava Infusion in one of our Antelope Valley Brewing house made ciders, and it is hands down the most popular cider we serve.
