Boost to water

Been using these to boost my water bottle on the run after long endurance swim/bike for triathlon. I love that it gives me a boost of hydration elements without taking away from the water component. After 4 bottles of Mortal or LMNT you kind of just want to taste normal water and this mix gives just a hint of salt that keeps you going for those final miles!

Optimistic

I've not experienced any changes just yet from this product, but according to the science, I'm hopefully optimistic!
