HiK9 Bed with Olive Mesh Cover

Great bed for my dog…he loves it! Will be nice & cool for him in all this heat. It arrived with a broken part, but I reported it straight away & had a really quick response. Replacement was sent out immediately & all was well, so I can’t fault the customer service either! All-in-all, very happy with my purchase!

Over priced The bed is ok, very over priced. Already scratched and it didn't come out it's box until 4 days ago. Sizing isn't great , ordered a large as description said it would be good enough but it's smaller than I thought for the dog. Don't think I'd recommend it.

The bed seems great , when delivered unfortunately one of the cross bars was faulty at one end so wouldn’t slot on to the legs. I contacted customer service and explained and sent them a picture of the faulty cross bar and they responded within 2 hours and got a new one sent out straight away. Really great customer service . The bed seems really sturdy and comfortable but unfortunately my dog just won’t get on it 😂 so annoying but I am going to persevere. I also bought the reversible cover and rubber feet.
