Rebuild kit is perfect

So great to be able to inexpensively rebuild awesome pedals that are 10+ years old. I questioned whether to get new spindles; turns out the rebuild kit was all I needed. No instructions in the kit, but there’s a YouTube video from Canfield. I tried the 1/2” bolt threaded into the large bushing for removal - worked on one pedal, but couldn’t get the other one. Quick trip to Harbor Freight for a $20 tap and die set; the 1/2” tap worked perfect. I’d recommend that method.

Exactly what you need to get those pedals tight, quiet, and spinning smooth. Super easy to replace, just need to get that 1/2 lag screw and the rest is so easy and quick!

Awesome pins to add a bit more stick and grip to your whip. My only 'complaint' is that there were only enough pins for the leading and trailing edges of the ULT pedal. And really that's all I needed for it to feel good for normal riding. But when theres some real wet and wild conditions I'd love all the pins to be this length.
