I'd been looking for a way to celebrate my wife's promotion and also to show appreciation for a work associate of many years. These name plates are packed to the brim with character and even include a note so the recipient knows where the barrel stave came from. I couldn't help but get one for myself too. My wife and I love ours and I'm looking forward to presenting this token of appreciation to my associate soon. They're awesome craftsmanship and if the recipient has any ties to our area, they'll appreciate both the local company and the locally sourced whiskey stave used for the plate. They really add an extra oomph factor to an already terrific item.
