I purchased “down to fan” and “sharp shooter” volume tweezers to test out which was compatible for me. I ended up choosing the “sharp shooter” and when it came time for me to do an exchange Untamed Artistry exceeded my expectations because not only were they responsive, the person replying to the emails was so cute and friendly I can feel the enthusiasm through email. I also had to change my address to an American one and had no problem. I would highly recommend their products because it gives such high-quality performance and I give customer service an 11/10! :):)

HOLY GRAIL TWEEZER!!!

If you’re someone who’s looking for a tweezer that has a wide sweet spot where you can easily pick up a 5, 6, or 7D fan then look no further! I cannot live without this tweezer and you bet your bottom I have a backup. I love that it is lightweight, is easy to grip and close, and has a pointy tip - great for teasing the lashes open to create your fan on the strip or on a sticky dot. My new holy grail tweezer!
