Sizing not right

I bought a size 42 online as I'm normally a size 10.5 so I've never had any problems fitting into a 42/11. These however were so small my toes were totally squashed. I swapped them in the store for a 43 and these are a size too big. They're also not nearly as comfortable as advertised. Very disappointed as I wanted to love these shoes :(

Love these shoes! Really wanted to get Air Forces but didn’t want leather, perfect vegan swap. They have great cushion around the ankles and look really good
