Christmas Village Winter Luminaria

need help

I've emailed you for help with this file I purchased and I've gotten no response. The image is almost 24" long, I don't see where it says that in the description. I don't have paper that large. I'm looking for assistance making each into 2 sections for 12 x 12 paper. If I resize it the village is teeny tiny. I think it's lousy that you sell something that is misrepresented and wont respond to questions. My cricut won't even cut it as it. I'm not a pro at cricut but not new to this either. please assist. thank you
