I recommend this book and the online courses to anyone just starting out in the world of church bookkeeping and accounting. Lisa was also very helpful in getting things set up for us, she went above and beyond to assist me.

I am just in the process of using the QB Online book I ordered I have used the QB for Nonprofits & Churches for desktop when I set up my churches books. I had not used QB before at that time and it got me thru getting it done. The church is still using the program. Now I am moving on to doing clients using the Online system. Account Beside You has been a great help. I now have 3 of their books. Lesli

QuickBooks Online for Non-profits & Chuches

I was hoping it would present a straight forward way to manage different restricted funds using classes and divisions or customers. I'm still very confused on the simplest way to do this for a church.
