I love Rocky Mountain products! I bought these gift boxes for some bath bombs that I also bought for gifts. There was a mix up on my part and the customer service team was AMAZING! They let me know about the mix up , were quick to respond back-and-forth, helpful and VERY personable! I hope RMSC takes a minute to appreciate their staff, especially during the busy holiday shopping time! More companies need that little extra care/touch and people like this!
