I'm a backcountry guide for Sierra Club and often have a designated camp cook, sometimes it's me! The retablos are perfect favors and decor for our rustic kitchens. I love that there are several renditions of San Pasqual. And who knows, he may have saved some cut or burned fingers as well as some entrees or boiled over pots and kept us from ever going hungry!
