Great Product and Even Better Customer Service

I ordered the 18-stop version of a 105mm Firecrest ultra neutral density solar eclipse filter on March 18th. Luckily, customer service was attentive and quick to act. The very same day, Ryan told me that the 18-stop version was a special order item and would take 2-3 weeks to be ready to ship. I needed the filter for the solar eclipse on April 8th, and he offered to update my order to the 16-stop version of the same filter, which was in stock. I received the filter well in advance of the big day. It was my first time experiencing a total eclipse, and I was very pleased with my photos that immortalized those awe-inspiring few minutes. Ultra IRND Filters

One of the best filters on the market for IR pollution. 100% Comparable to Arri's IRNDs. May even look a little bit better on the VRaptor. Very noticeably better than Tiffen IRND. Five times better than the Tiffin filters. Those things are pretty much unusable.
