From start to finish it took about 6 hours to install. I installed it on my 2005 Ram with 50hp injectors with a 150gpm air dog fuel pump. The truck spools quickly and had good top end power due to the 63.5 mm turbine. The turbo/ exhaust brake works very well. With having a 6 speed manual transmission I can down shift while having the turbo/ exhaust brake on and I can bring the truck almost to a complete stop with out applying the brakes. The exhaust/ turbo brake stays on until RPM’s are at about 1000 and then it kicks off. On cold mornings with the turbo/ exhaust brake turned on the truck warms up quicker which is nice. Highly recommend this kit for you 5.9 Cummins guys and gals.
