NutriWise Instant High Protein, Sour Cream & Chives Mashed Potatoes (7ct)

Fantastic product! I mix 1/2 a pack with riced califlower , a little garlic & black pepper & make a "potato" pancake, so good! It is also a good filler if an entree get's a little runny I add a little powder & it's perfect. The packet on it's own it also very good!! I have also added more water & some veggies & made potato soup.

I mix them with 3 oz. of water and put them on my waffle maker. It comes out crunchy, full of flavor and you can add a little bit of sour cream in top! Delish!

I like these a lot. I even add in a couple of my favorite spices to give them a kick. I do add just a little more water to them so they are not so thick.
