Love his work. As an older white belt I rely a lot on closed guard and these techniques really add another dimension to closed guard. Really good detail and explanations, and not too repetitive. Highly recommend for my level.

Excellent instructional for use in bjj and judo.

This variation of closed guard is very usefull for both arts and crosses over well. It includes some very fine details for sweeps and taking the back that you would not have time to cover in a regular class. I have been a fan of the Ribeiro brothers since I picked up their book a few years back and this has the same concepts running through it. Cant wait to get back to training to drill and practise.
