Half Lite Frame Kit

I ordered 2 half lights without grates. All went well and they installed as planned. So happy to not have the 9 panel grate anymore, it is so much simpler looking and will be easier to clean.

Some of the pieces that fit into certain holes in the frame were snapped off. Maybe my own fault, but I already had a hole in my house and it’s HOT down south….so I had no choice but to make it work! If I would not have taken the previous frame out already, I would have returned the ordered frame and waited for one that wasn’t broken in transit. Note to self, always examine a new window frame before taking out an old one. 3/5 stars only because window was damaged before it got to me.

You definitely need two people to do the job. It longer lining it up due to glass window. I like it and i am going to put a sunblock film on screen door to hopefully help with the sun exposure. Thanks
