Bag is great - customer service... Not so much.

I accidentally ordered the sports bag which has a shoe compartment, but really needed the plain version for a big trip. When I tried to return it, I had to email them, but they never responded, and honestly, I don't have time to call, email repeatedly, etc. So now, I have the wrong bag, and I'm not happy. As for the bag, it's really nice; well made. It is just not right for what I need.
