Lift insert

I contacted oofy looking for help because i had an issue with one leg being 1.5 longer than the other, due to an accident and resulting surgeries. Initially i only wanted an insert, but was told that wouldn’t be possible. I wear a size 14. They didn’t have anything in stock to fit. I ordered a pair of size 12 shoes. I then took the insert from the right shoe and inserted into my shoes (size 14). The insert does what i had hoped. My length discrepancy is fixed for now. However now i have a pair or Oofy Ard shoes that are too small and don’t have the inserts.
